As a child, I spent countless hours in my grandmother's kitchen in Gyeongju. She would often emphasize the elegance of royal cuisine while cooking traditional dishes. I can still vividly recall her serious demeanor when making the royal recipe for tteokbokki, a dish passed down through generations. It inspired me to learn cooking, as I wanted to share that taste and passion with others. I aim to help foreign friends experience the true flavors of Korea, passing down the recipes I learned from her. I invite you to my kitchen, where we can create warm family memories together!
